We carefully examine an entire house before listing it. We look for features of the home that can be turned into Buyer benefits. Often these aspects of a home are obvious things like an energy efficient furnace and or upgraded electrical service that some future Buyer will need for a home workshop. However, very often the features are more subtle such as an unusual wood finish on a staircase that creates a sense of warmth to a hallway.
