When I work with you my goal is always to reduce stress and anxiety. For example: selling a home you have lived in for 25 years requires an understanding of the human emotions at play when there is such a big change in your life. After all a home is usually the largest asset you have and you need to get the value out of it. You also need to let go of it as the place where your kids grew up.
When I put a new family into their first home I am always conscious of what a large move it is for many couples. Do they have enough income? Early in his career Ross served as a sales representative for Cochrane Dunlop Ltd. selling hardware to the Dominion Hardware Store chain and other major building supply companies. Ross rose to Sales Manager in charge of dealer development and new store set-ups. Ross knows the quality and value of construction materials in any home he lists or sells.
